This policy covers entry fees and membership fees paid through this website.
Where the association cancels an event, entry fees are refunded in full to the account used to pay.
Where a player withdraws before entries close, entry fees are refunded in full. After entries close, fees are not refundable, because the entry has been counted into pairings and prize planning.
Membership fees are not refundable once the membership card has been issued.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method and usually reach the account within five to seven working days.
